How do I return an item?

All damages/shortages must be reported within 14 days after receipt of the merchandise. Items damaged due to customer abuse or neglect will NOT be considered for credit or replacement. Original packaging is required for all returns. Shipments refused or customer remorse returns are subject to 15-30% restocking fee (depending on the item) plus freight charges for credit towards your account. All returns require prior approval from Stride Lighting.

Before returning/shipping the item, please request an RMA(return merchandise authorization) number to be referenced on return ship label. We will refuse return shipment without RMA number. We DO NOT provide payment for RETURN SHIPPING except for defects or order processing irregularities- on a preapproved basis.
